1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Letteropedia website and the services we provide. By placing an order, contacting us, or otherwise using the site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to follow them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.

2. Who may use our services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to make the payment you submit.

3. The services we provide

Letteropedia provides academic writing, research, data analysis, editing, proofreading, and related professional document services. All work is produced by qualified specialists and is prepared specifically for you.

Our work is supplied as a reference and study aid. You are responsible for how you use it, and for complying with the academic integrity rules, honour codes, and submission policies of your institution.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you agree to give us complete and accurate instructions, including the topic, academic level, length, deadline, citation style, and any materials we need. We can only work from the information you provide.

Once payment is confirmed, your order is accepted and assigned to a specialist. Adding significant new requirements after work has begun may affect the price and the delivery date, and we will always discuss this with you first.

5. Pricing and payment

Every project is quoted individually. We do not publish a price list, because the right figure depends on the service you need, your academic level, how much work is involved, and your deadline. Tell us what you need and we will give you a price for your specific project.

You will always have your price in writing, and will have agreed to it, before any work starts and before you send any money. Nothing is charged automatically and there are no hidden fees.

Payment is made in advance by Mobile Money or bank transfer, using the details we send you once the price is agreed. We quote in Ghana Cedis. Please quote your request number as the reference so we can match your payment to your work.

6. Deadlines and delivery

We deliver by the deadline agreed at the time of your order, and often earlier. Deadlines are calculated from the moment payment clears and complete instructions are received.

If we ever anticipate a delay, we will tell you as early as possible and agree a solution with you. Delays caused by incomplete instructions, or by a late response from you when we ask a question, may extend the delivery time.

7. Revisions

We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery, for as long as it takes to meet the instructions given in your original order.

Revisions cover work that does not match your original brief. A request that changes the topic, adds new requirements, or substantially extends the length is treated as new work and will be quoted separately.

8. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will always try to put it right, usually through a revision.

Refunds are considered in the following situations:

• We are unable to complete your order, in which case you receive a full refund.
• We deliver materially late through our own fault and the work is no longer of use to you.
• You cancel before a specialist has started work, in which case a full refund is issued.
• Where work has already begun, a partial refund may be agreed based on the stage reached.

9. Originality and plagiarism

All work is written from scratch and checked for originality before delivery. We do not resell, republish, or reuse work that has been delivered to a client.

Sources are cited in the referencing style you request. If you need a plagiarism report, ask and we will provide one.

10. Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree that you will not:

• Submit our work in breach of your institution's academic integrity policy.
• Ask us to produce anything unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to deceive.
• Resell, redistribute, or publish work delivered to you as if it were prepared for someone else.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems.

11. Intellectual property

Once your order is paid for in full and delivered, the completed work belongs to you. We retain no right to resell or republish it.

The website itself, including its design, text, logo, and code, remains the property of Letteropedia and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Confidentiality

Your identity and the details of your order are treated as confidential. We never share your information with your institution or any third party, except where it is strictly necessary to deliver your order, or where the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

13. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee any particular grade, mark, academic outcome, or admission decision, because those are determined by your institution.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
